This page describes the management of the site in relation to the processing of personal data of those users who use it. This is an information statement prepared on the multiple legislative systems, including article 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and available for those who interact with the web services of WeKloud S.r.l. / Kloudymail for the protection of personal data, accessible electronically from the address: corresponding to the homepage of the site.
The information applies only to the website and not to other Web sites accessed via links. The guidelines provided below are based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) adopted May 17, 2001 pursuant to Art. 29 of the Directive no. 95/46/EC, in particular concerning the collection of personal data on the Internet and is intended to identify the minimum measures to be taken with respect to those involved to ensure the integrity and legality of such practices (pursuant to the article 6 of the Regulation).

Following the consultation of this site data on persons identified or identifiable may be processed. The “data controller” is WeKloud S.r.l. in the person of its administrator pro tempore, Via Aldo Moro 13 – 25124 Brescia (BS).

The processing related to the web services on this web site takes place at the above premises and only by technical staff in the department appointed to manage the processing, or by others identified to conduct occasional maintenance. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal information provided by users who request services are used only to perform the service or assistance requested and are not disclosed to third parties, unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable the identification of users.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility-liability in the case of computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to addresses listed on this website, or by subscription to our newsletters, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively available or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

No personal user data is acquired by the site. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any kind or systems for tracking users utilized.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient use of the website.
The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and do not allow the acquisition of user personal identification data.

Apart from what is required for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms or indicated in contacts with the office to request the sending of informational material or other communications.
If that data is not provided it may make it impossible to fulfill the request.
In some extraordinary cases, the Authorities may request information under Article 32  of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in order to verify the proper management of the personal data gathered.

Personal data is processed by automated tools only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.

The owners of personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request that it be supplemented, updated, or corrected (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 )
Pursuant to this Article data owners shall have the right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous format, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
